Epic Council Members-  attached is the hospital profile template.  Please take a moment to populate this template with your hospitals Servicenow and Epic information.

Purpose of the profile is to share your Servicenow and Epic position(s) with other council members.  The more the council members know about each other the richer the conversations can be based on similar technologies, use cases, and health system goals.

After you complete the profile, please upload to our council BOX folder.

As Servicenow receives updated profiles we will post a new article in the Healthcare SIG for the community to access.
