Hi everyone, We use Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) and are looking for best practices around controlling patient data visibility based on Healthcare Locations. Our goal is for staff to only see patient records linked to their assigned Healthcare Location. Right now, our thought is to use Healthcare Locations to tag patient records and users, then leverage User Criteria to dynamically control access at the table or record level. We are trying to avoid heavy ACL use. For those who have implemented HCLS/or know the product, does this align with best practice? Are there any compliance or performance considerations we should be aware of before continuing down this route? I've been asked to find out how other healthcare organizations handle new locations or moving locations... not necessarily specific to ServiceNow itself. We have Epic as a system, and it seems that there is no set way with our IT Epic folks to create these in their side. Then, we're getting requests for locations be created within ServiceNow to match. How do you all communicate this across the board? Would it be something as simple as it being a catalog that would generate multiple tasks for Epic, etc.? I think the biggest challenge with that would be adoption. Good Day,   Our health system implemented ServiceNow this year. We have been live for about 5 months. We are trying to build out our Service Catalog & Employee Center to support Epic EHR & healthcare applications in general.   We also have the EMR Help integration live with Epic.   I would image the catalog items to support EPIC EHR would be in the hundreds.    Has anyone been successful in building out your Service Catalog & Employee Center to support the healthcare space?    Would anyone be willing to meet and show us how your supporting Epic & health care applications in ServiceNow?   Anyone willing to share the number of Service Catalog items your organization has?   Any feedback or suggestions you may have would be very helpful.  ... Within our hospital/medical center system, the Office of Emergency Management is looking for a solution to help with planning and responding to mass casualty/surge events at our facilities. I wanted to reach out to the greater community to see if anyone has a solution in their SN instance for this purpose.    I will add - we have Epic fully implemented. They have templates, but nothing within Epic that we can leverage for this purpose. If you have, I'd love to connect and see what you have done.  If you considered this but opted to not put this in SN, I'd love to connect and understand why.
