How many organizations added a fourth Change model of "Expedited"? If so what is the approval workflow for that expedited change?

We implemented it about a year ago, the approval simply goes to the CAB Approvers and only requires one approval (in contrast to our normal changes that need 4) to move forward. Per policy, the approving CAB Member is supposed to email the rest of the group and explain the what/why for their approval of the item.
With this addition, we also changed Emergency to require a P1/P2 parent.

Emergency follows the standard for remediation of something broken.
Teams want expedited for when they miss the CAB cut off, Last minute changes for projects or implementations. Basically, to move "fast" as they are being told to do.
