How many organizations added a fourth Change model of "Expedited"? If so what is the approval workflow for that expedited change?

@Blue We use our enterprise Change Management Team (3-4 individuals) for this official action. 

With the Daily CAB one of our goals was also to minimize the number of Emergency Changes, but we do see them occasionally as we allow the work that is unable to meet the Normal Change approval requirements (similar to Ralph Hand's organization). Part of our Daily CAB meeting is reviewing any Emergency Changes since the last meeting and we require representation for those as well. Allowing these types of Emergency Changes to proceed also allows us to target those who needs remediation education on the overall process.

@Eric Jones, do those 3-4 CAB people have to all approve, or a majority of them, or 1 of them?

@Blue Just one approval is required. We use a regular group approval mechanism on the platform.

We use Expedited for changes that missed CAB, or escalated requests that came in last minute after the CAB deadline passed.  We require a director level approval for CAB, once approved they can move the change to PRD.
