Hi
We are planning to go live with our ServiceNow instance in a couple months and we are a healthcare entity.
I am hoping other organizations can recommend software they use to wipe PHI out of their ServiceNow instance.
Thanks

Hi Rob,
Feel free to email me at Amy.Frye@uvmhealth.org and we can schedule a time to meet to discuss the scripts/solution that we created. Thank you!

We are also looking into DLP software like NetSkope to do the similar job at this time. FYI

Hi
Have you implemented NetSkope?
Can I ask you a few questions offline?
Thanks
Linda

Amy,
We are also interested in taking a look at what you have developed. If you could email me at james.francione@phci.org, it would be appreciated. As we prepare for Madrid and leveraging the Mobile app enhancements, this is a greater concern for us.
thank you
Jim

There is also a new 'Data Privacy' feature being delivered as a component of the ServiceNow Vault, available in Tokyo. If you review the docs, you'll see it call out PII, but PHI could be a data classification breakdown as well. Common use cases you might encounter is wanting to remove specific data values when cloning down to sub-prod environments, removing patient/user data upon request, etc. It is not a preventative measure, however it does allow for clean data removal processes.
