Part of Change form hidden

We are having an issue with one specific user being unable to view the top portion of the Change form.   It is only on the Change, and so far only seems to be happening to this one person.   Has anyone else had something similar?   If you look carefully in the highlighted portion you can see that the main form is there, but you can't scroll up to that area.   You can tab to the various fields and access them that way, but ideally we'd like for all the fields to be seen as normal.   Thanks.

I searched through the HI support issues for other customers having this issue.   I think the resolution described below will resolve it for you.



Reason: The issue was fixed after the collapsed Form section was Expanded for the end user


Issue Summary:Main form section does not show for a user on task form


Solution Proposed:


1. In Eureka and Fuji we do not have an option to collapse the Main form section so for users upgrading from pre Eureka having a user preference set to collapse the form section will not see the form.


2. The fix is to either delete the User preference starting with " collapse.section.sys_id_of_the_form_section" for the user.


3. Otherwise you can navigate to the form using UI11 by using the HTTP parameter - "sysparm_device=device", and expand the affected form section. To go back to UI15 view please use "sysparm_device=doctype".

Will you provide a screen shot of what you expect to see? What everyone but this user sees.
