Configure the Case Summarization Skill for Employee
In this section, you will activate and configure the Case Summarization skill on Now Assist Admin Console. Remember that a skill is a capability within Now Assist, such as the skill of summarizing a case or the skill of summarizing a chat.
1. Start on the Now Assist Admin Console "Features" page. To get there, click on the left nav menu: All > Now Assist Admin > Features.
2. Once you are on the Console page, click Employee from the sidebar to open the Now Assist Features for Employees page. Ensure the HRSD product is selected.
3. On the Case Assist card, click the View details button.
4. Click the Activate skill button on the Case Summarization card.
5. In this step, you can view inputs that are needed for this skill. Notice that there are input templates that are based on the state of the case, i.e. "New", "Work in Progress", or "Resolved". The input tables and fields are grayed out and in read only mode. Click Save and Continue button and bottom to move to the next configuration.
Note: If you want to edit the prompt and inputs for case summarization, you can use the prompt configurability feature to modify your prompts. This is available as of the Xanadu release.
5. The next step is to define the availability of the skill. The 'define availability' option allows you to set the skill as either conditionally enabled or always enabled. Note: By default, Skill is always available option is selected. Click Save and Continue button at the bottom to move to the next configuration.
6. The next configuration is the display of the feature. The display is where the skill will
be accessed by users on the instance.
7. Toggle on the Display options for both items. Ensure that sn_hr_core.basic is in the list. If it is not on the list, please add it. Click the Save and Continue button at the bottom right to proceed.
8. The Review and activate page is now visible. Click Activate to finish the configuration.
