Very often there is a need to have a document signed by the Employee. ServiceNow shows many examples of that but always with a perfectly populated document where all the variables are taken from the HR Case. Unfortunately that is not always the Case.
Really often you need an Agent to verify and maybe modify the document before the employee is asked to sign it.
If that’s what you need in your document template you need to have both the agent signature (assigned to) and the employee (opened for) signature.
To show how it works I am going to use the “Employee Verification Letter in USA” document template that is part of the demo data in your personal dev when you activate the HR Lifecycle Events Enterprise plugin.
In this video the request of the Employee to sign is done manually by the agent. If you are interested on how to make it automatic please click here: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_video&sys_id=4244ee9edba7a010679499ead39619b8
