Zurich Early Access
ServiceNow’s latest release, Zurich, is officially in Early Access. For those of you in the Early Access program, we look forward to your feedback as you adopt the latest and greatest. In the Zero In on Zurich TechNow Webinar, experts covered the hottest features for admins and developers. A few highlights include:
⭐️ Expanded Dark Mode functionality
⭐️ Mobile App Builder web to mobile feature to translate ServiceNow web forms into a mobile experience with ease
⭐️ 56 new Quick Start Tests added to help automate testing- including tests for HRSD and Employee Center
⭐️ Workflow Studio enhancements including "save as you go" and flow debugger

Hiring Experiences
You might remember at K24 the announcement of new innovations in the HRSD product suite focused on Talent Acquisition use cases. We are thrilled to announce the general availability of these features as Hiring Experiences, generally available with the Zurich release! Through leveraging Hiring Experiences customers will experience elevated collaboration, accelerated and transparent workflows, and intelligent automation as they look to hire top talent.

Understanding the Difference: “Platform” Document Management vs. Employee Document Management
ServiceNow offers multiple options for handling documents—but knowing when to use the general-purpose Document Management versus the HR-specific Employee Document Management (EDM) is key.
In short: use Document Management for operational documents shared across the platform, and EDM when you're dealing with sensitive, employee-specific files that require retention, compliance, and secure access controls.
