Add more fields on form HR workspace view

Hi Community,

On HR landing page, if I go inside Overview section and click on High Priority card , it will redirect it to High Priority Case record. I have to configure fields visible in the list view for all user.

I know I can configure it by clicking on gear icon, but this will be visible only to me but I want to add fields on this list view which will be visible to all users by default.

Please help, how can we add more fields and remove fields from here which will be visible to all users.

Hi,

 

First see what is the view your data visualization component is using while routing the user on click.

For this, navigate to UI builder > Open HR Agent Workspace > Homepage > Select the homepage variant you are using.

 

Now, click on the data visualization component and then click on events in right hand side config panel.

Click on the event and see what is the view it is using. In most of the cases it uses "Workspace" view.

Now, you just need to navigate to the platform and edit the list layout of the view being used.

Hi @Drishti ,

 

The layout which is available once you click on the high priority card is nothing but the default layout for the HR case record list.

 

If you want for yourself only, you can use gear icon and configure list.

 

If you want for each agent's list as default view , you can configure the default view by one of the following way :

 

1. Using List Layout  :  Open the List of the HR case records , right click on list columns and configure list Layout as shown below :

There whatever fields you are selecting these will be available for all the agents in backend as well as in workspace.

 

 

2. Using List Module : Go to System UI > Lists , This will open the lists of List records for various tables, filter out the table for HR case and Default view as shown :

Open the record and configure the fields i.e. elements with their backend names.
