add related KB articles to the side panel in hr agent workspace - in the case page.

Hi Experts,

 

trying to find a way for adding a new left side panel tab to populate related kb articles to the case page in hr agent workspace, i see option to do that via the ui builder contextual, and other suggestions under the contextual side panel table and tried to ass there a new kb record as in the screen shot:

what is the most recommended way to do this?

The agent assist functionality will show the relevant knowledge article.

Are you trying to setup a separate one apart from agent assist?
