Advanced Work Assignment Chat Inbox field to add extra field

Hi Experts, Anybody aware how we can configure this chat inbox pop-up? We have the requirement to add Queue name to this tile. Please advise.

Hi Arpitha,

 

I have created a custom field on Interaction table and set the default value and using that field at Field2. But nothing displayed on chat layout when agent getting the request.

I tried with fields as well but they are not working.

Am I making some mistake?
