Hi everyone! I am currently transitioning my career to HRIS, leveraging my previous experience with ServiceNow in HR roles.  I have recently completed the Welcome to ServiceNow and HRSD Fundamentals courses. My question is: as professionals,  what certifications, advanced training, or specific platform skills would you recommend prioritizing to stand out to employers or to get my foot in the door? What should my next steps or research positions be as a beginner in the field?

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @CR81

Welcome to ServiceNow Community. As you are from HR background, , interested to join Servicenow

I will suggest you to  first complete "Welcome to ServiceNow " course ,so that you can navigate smoothly within the tool. CSA will give you Admin confidence.

As you have HR exp, I will recommend you to choose implementer of HRSD in Servicenow Provided Career Journey path.

For it you have to complete "Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Fundamentals" , and then prepare for CIS-HRSD certification.

Their are lots of course available for HR like

Hiring Experiences Implementation Bootcamp

Employee Growth and Development Essentials (Washington DC)

Talent Development Essentials

Employee Growth and Development Implementation Bootcamp Accreditation
