After launching Engagement Messenger, SAML Post Authentication Landing Page is opened in new window

We have embedded Engagement messenger code to the external site. while launching the EM, another window pops up for few seconds of (SAML authentification)

There is a way to hide this pop-up ?

For info : the user is already authentified in this external site with SSO (SAML)
