After Submitting a HR case on the ServicePortal(ESC)the HR Case is set to Ready instead of Draft?

Hi Team,

By Default After Submitting a HR case on the ServicePortal(ESC) for any available HR Service, the HR Case is set to Ready instead of Draft? In HR Service Template also we set state to Draft, BUT From portal somehow, template setup is overrided and setting the state to Ready.

My Customer wants HR Case should set to Draft.

Where can i change this setting to set up Darft state as the default state When HR Case is submitted from portal?

from Back end it is setting to Draft as expected.

Issue is Resolved by Deactivating the OOB BR " Ready for Work".

Did you check the default value for state field?

Was this working fine earlier?

Did you debug the script include which is creating the HR case?
