Agent Chat queues not working

Hi
I observe a very strange behavior of queues in my system for agent chat configuration. I created a queue in my Quality environment to test the working of chat functionality and it works fine. See screen shot below:
After this, I created a list of queues in my DEV environment and moved it to QA, which does not work at all:
It's all same, sharing ss of the group attached to it:
Can someone help here
