Agent Workspace for HR Case Management(Configurable Workspace)

Hi All,

 

We are going to start with Configurable HR agent workspace . I need some inputs from you all . Whatever functionality we are using in Native view , all should be moved to configurable workspace .

 

1. What all we should take care of while moving from native view to configurable workspace . 

2.  What all Scripts either server or client which scripts do not work in agent workspace.

3. Do ACL's also works in agent workspace ?

4. How much efforts we should put to built all the functionality  and how should we start on developing this.

which part to be configured first ?

5 . If I want to make any changes in chrome tool bar to modify as per our requirement , whether i can do it or not or I need to clone it and use it ?
