Hi Friends,
We are already using and having HR Services and this time we would like to introduce Agent Workspace into our client environments.
Please help me to understand, how from scratch Agent Workspace can be configure and what steps we need to check that it’s working fine.
I can see that Agent workspace is available in our instance.

You should move to HR Agent workspace which is configurable one based on Next experience and not the legacy one which you already have
