We have a ai search on the portal , we want to enable such that when users type a particular query it should redirect to my request page on the portal. Kindly help me on this.

We have enabled ai search on our esc portal. When users type a specific query then the search results should give a link to my request page as a genius result on the portal. Hope this helps.
