Hi All,

We have ai search source on our portal when users type a specific word it should redirect  to my request page on the portal.

Hi @kali,

 

You can achieve that behavior using AI Search by enabling the Exact Match option on the search application of your portal. 

 

To do this:

  1. Go to the related portal record.
  2. Open the search application on the IA Search section
  3. Check the “Enable Exact Match” checkbox.

This will ensure the system recognizes a display value and opens the corresponding page directly when the user types it into the typeahead search, instead of navigating to the full search results page.
