We have a lifecycle event for offboarding that has tasks that require the employee or manager, to view attachments. Our preference is that they are viewable, similar to the sign option (but without the necessity to sign).
We've tried a variety of options, including creating a KB article and linking the attachment - but this is not a great user experience as it takes around 6 steps to get to the document.
Is there a way to only show the document and then they mark the task as complete? Would appreciate help as I'm a bit stuck on this point.
