All columns not coming in HR Agent Configurable Workspace

Hi Team,
In my customer’s instance, when using ‘Save as Column’ under LIST in the HR Agent Configurable Workspace, not all columns appear in the new list. What could be the reason, and how can this be fixed? I tested the same functionality in my PDI and it works correctly there. Attached screenshot as reference.

Hi All,
I have encountered the above issue in a customer environment in "HR Agent Configurable Workspace" and was unable to find any relevant articles during community research. Subsequently, I consulted the ServiceNow HI team to understand the root cause of the issue and to verify whether any customization or configuration in the customer instance caused the HR Agent Configurable Workspace issue.

Response from Support Team:
The issue is under PRB1818649, and the fix is expected to be included in the Zurich release.
As my customer instance is still on Yokohama at this time an this fix was waived in Yokohama.
Due to we cannot upgrade to Zurich yet, an alternative workaround approach we can save a copy of the list, and then personalize the columns afterwards.
PDI:
I was not able to reproduce the issue in my PDI as my PDI is in Zurich version.
If anyone facing similar kind of problem like me and still on Yokohama, please check and go ahead the following response.
