Approval record RITM not referencing to record when clicked on portal

Hi All,

 

We found an issue on portal when a approval is sent to a user to approve, the approval record(where the RITM number references to the record details when clicked) on the portal is not showing anything but displays record not found.

 

Can someone provide your expertise over here?

Hi @Manisha30 ,

Is it happening with all the personas. I believe it is due to the permission of roles. 

Does the person has the approval_user role ?

Can you see it as an Admin or you are facing the same issue as an Admin also.
