Approve / Reject button on email notification

Hi Experts , 

I want to send the approve /reject button in the resolved notification to the "opened by " user for the case. Once the opened by user select approve  should trigger mail with : I accept the Solution (User can input his own body message.  Once the opened by user select reject should trigger mail with : I reject the Solution (User can input his own body). And Based on the reply ticket moves to either Closed Complete (for solution accepted) or Work in Progress (for solution rejected).   Please share how this can be achieved.
