Assign To Me button on List View of Agent workspace

Hi Experts,

Can anyone help me to find where the UI action "Assign to me" is coming from on the list view of HR agent workspace. I tried deactivating the UI action written ITSM Application however still it shows. Currently this is only showing for admins, so I need to make this available for HR agents as well. Form button is working as expected but on list view on workspace agents couldn't be able to see. Then when I tried, I can see in the list view. I also tried viewing the "Declarative action" but nothing helped.

Below button is only visible to admins in HR Agent workspace. So, need to understand from where this is coming

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar and @Shruti  ,

Will the solution have provided by @Shruti   is a customisation? If so, can we create the same functionality for HR agent workspace as well by deactivating this current one. May I know what would be the impact and is this the right approach? And do we need to present this in technical governance board? As this record is showing as High risk.

Thanks in advance.

@bhaavani

you can override it, do this

1) identify which List Action is the actual one which is rendering for HR Case in List

2) Once you identify, ensure you are in Correct scope for "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management"

3) do Right Click and Do Insert and Stay

4) then change the table as HR Case

5) then click Advanced view and add role or HR Basic which is for agents

add additional condition if you want as per your requirement
