Hi guys ,

When a user creates a HR Case and if the user belongs to that Assignment Group which is getting added to case while creating and if the user is member of that assignment group then assigned to gets populated with that user.

How to stop this?

If it is out of the box functionality then please provide a supporting documents related to it.

Thankyou

@kumaar

there must be some BR or HR Assignment Rule or Matching rule which must be doing this.

Did you check that?

Hi @kumaar ,

Please check the HR Template under the HR Service that is used while creating a case, as you are facing auto-population issues.
Please also check the HR Assignment Rule or Matching Rule.
Please check the Business Rule if the "Assigned to" field is auto-populated after case creation.
Please check the OnChange Client Script if the field is auto-populated instantly.
If my response helped, please mark it as correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
