Assignment group not autopopulating correctly in the HR tasks

Hi ,

I have created a life cycle event with activities and using the same HR task template for those. But for some HR tasks as per the template created the assignment group is copied from parent Life cycle case but not happening for others. For some HR tasks both group and assigned to not getting copied though it is mentioned in the HR template. can someone suggest what might be the issue.

@munisailaks This can happen due to multiple reasons, one of the reasons is the reference qualifier defined on the assignment group field on the HR Task table which might be preventing these assignment groups and assigned to from populating.

Please verify the assignment groups are valid for the assignment group field by manually populating them on the HR Task. If you manage to find them in the assignment group field then there could be other reasons for this issue which you can further investigate.
