Unable to crate HR Case from agent workspace

Hi

 

I am trying to create HR Case by through of Hr agent workspace, once I open workspace click on + icon then click on "Create HR Case". Then showing below error "The page you are looking for could not be found". 

 

I think this page is not in our instance so how to find this and fix this issue.

Yes i have facing this type of issue in Xanadu upgrade . 

How to configure to create an HR case as before?

Check if there is the workspace view present on the table.

Hello @sibasundarsahoo 

Go to the UI Builder and the corresponding workspace, in this case, the workspace with URL path 

 

Open the workspace configuration. You should be able to see a list of it's Pages and Variants.

 

Search for the page having issue, in this case, /record from the URL

 

Check the pages under it and make sure it is active, in this case, Record Default was inactive

 

Click on Settings and check Active
