Assignment group not visible for HR cases in agent workspace

When i click on magnifying glass icon on assignment group field in agent workspace, i am not able to view assignment group, its showing blank but when i type group name manually it works. And i am not facing these issue in incident and task. What can be the reason?

Hi @Aijaz1 ,

 

You need to create one dictionary override entry so that it will apply only for your desired table.
