At a Glance' panel should remain collapsed by default when opening a case

Hi Team,

 

I need to collapse at glance details in sidebar by default. Any way how we can achieve it?

@PreethiG6447769  This can be configured in UI Builder for Agent Workspace. This is on the Case SRP variant. If you go to the tab area you can see the configuration for Collapse Tabs by default parameter. You can configure this based on your use case. I have included the image below:

@michaelj_sherid , If we enable collapse tabs by default in UI Builder, then record page area seems to be blank,

@PreethiG6447769 What is your requirement, specifically? Are you looking to hide the section altogether until a side panel item is clicked?

@PreethiG6447769 - Without knowing your requirement I am only suggesting this configuration based on my assumption...

 

The user can set a preference for Workspace to Not Show the sidebar. This will keep it collapsed until they open one of the tabs. This is done in the Preferences for the Workspace.

This can be a quick win if this is your requirement. Keep us posted on the details if your requirement is something else.
