In the legacy workspace, a green/red dot next to the paper clip icon clearly indicated when attachments were present on a record. This visual indicator is not available out of the box in HR Agent Workspace. Reintroducing the attachment indicator would enable agents to quickly see when attachments exist without navigating to the Attachments section in the contextual sidebar or activity stream—improving efficiency and reducing unnecessary clicks.
