Hi all,
I am currently looking for viable (and cheaper) ways to integrate Box with ServiceNow.
So far, I've considered:
1. Using Integration Hub
2. Developing from scratch using the Box platform
3. Using Zapier or other iPaaS software
Option 1 is pricey, Option 2 is difficult and time-consuming, and Option 3 might not fully meet the requirements (but still seems the best of the above).
Are there any easier ways to do this integration? If you have any experience, could you please share it here?

There are some older community posts out there, talking about integrating through REST, but they also mention some difficulties in connecting.

These kinds of question often come down to: are you sure that being cheap now doesn't end up to be the most costly choice? The third one would be the best, but it really depends on your requirements, because if they aren't met, you are redoing the work with 1 or 2 before the year is over.
Option 2 is the worst one, since you are going to be depending on two platforms that can perform changes making it no longer work in the future.
Option 1 is the safest. There is an OOB spoke that will work in the future as well, because they are part of the platform. ServiceNow will make sure it works if anything changes on Box side.
Option 2 and 3 may, in the end, cost more. But of course, this is also depending on the requirements you have, because you are right: Integration hub can become very expensive very fast if there are a lot of transactions.

Thanks for your comment,
So option 3 being the best at this moment, could you think of any other way that's more relying on OOTB?
I probably go with 3, but just in case there are better ways.
