Bubble is not appearing on HR Case number in the configurable agent worksapce

I created a dashboard in the landing page of the new configurable agent workspace but the bubble is not appearing on the HR Case number. Is it possible to have the bubble created on the HR case number using the UI Builder?

 

The attached image is to refer how it should look like..
