Bulk Case Creation Best Practice

Hi,

 

We are thinking about using Bulk Case Creation functionality because there are sometimes situations to create over 20 cases for onboarding or transfer.

The functionality of Bulk Case Creation is fine. However I am strugling how to gather information from Requester.

Now Requester input information in the record producer but if I use bulk case creation the case has no information to proceed the process. 

When the information is different by subject persons, HR agent will contact Requester on each case and gather information for each subject persons. That is OK. However, when the information is same for all subject person, that approach is a little mess I think.

 

Is there any practice about above situation?
