Bulk Upload deprecation in Employee Document Management

Hello there, in August we got a notification that this function is slated for end of support by Brazil, with no replacement for the functionality. I have been through deprecation of in-platform functionality but in my experience it was generally replaced in some way by something else in-platform that we had to learn/adopt if we were going to stay out of the custom zone. This may be my first time encountering a scenario where our options are to give up something that is currently part of our HRSD implementation or we have to support it ourselves.
Those of you who use this function, what are you planning to do?

I am interested in the answer as well. We had a project slated to bulk upload documents into EDM, but were waiting until our Australia upgrade was complete. Now it seems that we have lost that functionality.

Hello there, I got an update from the ServiceNow product team saying the EDM capability "will not be replicated as a part of platform document capabilities and unfortunately, there is no other substitute for EDM bulk import. The C3 has been provided to existing customers who are using it with the end of support for handling cases and defects is Brazil release"
So for us, that means maintaining it as custom code or coming up with something else. I think for your case you're out of luck having already gone to Australia 😞
