ServiceNow offers an HRSD Fundamentals course that I would recommend to anyone that will be using it as an HR Admin or system admin helping to configure it.

In addition to the Fundamentals training course, review the relevant product materials in the HR Community forums (Case & Knowledge, Employee Service Center, etc.) - there is a lot of information including videos, blogs and articles that are really helpful. Another method is to use the documentation site along with your personal developer instance to get hands-on experience. 

And of course, post your questions here to get support when needed!
