ServiceNow offers an HRSD Fundamentals course that I would recommend to anyone that will be using it as an HR Admin or system admin helping to configure it.

Hello Jessica,

You can setup an account with ServiceNow's Now learning. They have some free courses that center around the different HR functionality. You can also take the ServiceNow fundamental course as well while it's still free. That will give an understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
