Hi Team,
I have a question regarding HR Case Management in ServiceNow.
Is it possible to assign HR Cases or HR Tasks to users outside of the HR department (for example, someone in the IT department or another business unit) for the purpose of gathering additional information?
We have scenarios where HR needs input from IT or other departments before resolving a case. I would like to understand:
Is this supported out-of-the-box?
What is the recommended approach or best practice for handling cross-department collaboration while maintaining HR data confidentiality?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
