Can we hide signature box(pdf template mapping) in generated pdf document for other participant?

Hi, 
I want to hide Agent2 Signature box(input placeholder showing in blue) for Agent1 once pdf document generated for Agent1 first.. Do you have any idea on it how to hide it

Agent 1 is first participant and Agent2 is second participant, both are with 'Fill' Action
