Cannot add Checklist Item

Hey,

I want to use a universal task with the type checklist. After submitting the record I cannot add checklist items even with my admin user. 

Has somebody an idea to fix that problem?

There are two Create-ACLs for this table

Okay... does it allow everyone with an itil role to create them? The OOTB one allows anyone with the itil role or the project_user role to create them. And Admin override is checked.
