Hey Team,

 

I have a defect I am working on. An HR Agent user is trying to create an HR case on the back end in the Employee Relations COE. It doesn't appear on the drop-down list. How can we allow Agents to create new ER cases while restricting access to cases based on the assignment group?

Does that specific agent have the sn_hr_er.case_writer role?
