Case State Descriptions

Hello,

We are looking for some standard or recommended descriptions/definitions for the following states:

Requested

Assigned

Pending

Closed Incomplete

Is there a resource available with descriptions of the different case states? I found some descriptions for a few states within the product documentation, but not for these specific states.

You have two columns in your screenshot called "Created by" and "Updated by". Those that are oob would have a Created by of "admin" or "system". If they don't have either then they are custom. Furthermore, if they do have Created by "admin" or "system" BUT the Updated by is not "admin" or "system", then they are originally oob but they'll have been modified.
