Case status not reflecting in playbook view

Hi All,

We are using Lifecycle Events under HRSD and have configured an "Activity Configuration" to create a WSD case from the lifecycle event. Everything seems to be working fine, and the WSD case can be accessed from the activity, and the activity set progresses when the WSD case is closed (as expected). The issue we have is the activity for the WSD case shows as "Pending" on the playbook view (HR Agent Workspace) even after the case has been created, worked and closed.

Is there something specific that needs to be done to show the status of the case in the activity on the playbook?

I'm seeing the same thing on my PDI (Utah) and the client instance (Tokyo).

Even after you try to refresh the page and trying out logout and login, still it shows "Pending"?

 

Yes. Other tasks, including tasks external to HRSD such as catalog items, are updating in the UI as expected.
