Checklist Item is not Visible in HR Template

Im trying to edit one of the items in this checklist. When Im Testing an HR Case those Checklist are visible .Now, when i tried to visit the HR Template to edit an item there those checklist are not there ?
Am i missing a role? or is there another way to attach a checklist item? maybe Im checking the wrong area?

Hi,

 

Double check that you are looking at the correct HR Service and related template. It's likely that it is the incorrect one you are looking at. The Checklist entries should show on the template if defined.

Found out that it was in the business rule. Thanks for the response.
