checklist ready only once case is closed

As an analyst, there is an edit button on the checklist when viewing. Can this be disabled so analysts cannot edit the checklist?

we need to disable this edit option in checklist list

its working fine in case form level . its not working on hr agent workspace. 

any another alter native way to work on agent workspace also ?
