Hi all,
I have a question regarding child HR case.
I have defined a Service Activity as Child HR case (Account Notification)on one HR service (Test HR service), but when this HR service (Test HR service) is created, the child HR service (Account Notification) is not created.
Do you know why? How child HR service should be created by using Service Activity?
Thank you so much.

Hi Oliver,
I believe child HR Service of life cycle event table, just because of this child case is not getting generated. If you add any other child HR service which on related to any other COE, child case will gets created.
Thanks,
Kanchan

Hi Kanchan,
Sorry I am confused. Do you mean that the child HR service should be on different COE as the parent HR service or it can be on the same COE? and child HR service is only for life cycle events or can be used for others as well?
Thank you so much for your answer.

Child HR Service will be of any COE except Life cycle event if you created new service in HR Core scope. Other wise create parent HR Service in life cycle event scope and keep Child HR Service as it.

What if I don't have life cycle event license and can I create a parent HR service and then create a child HR service to it? In this case, it doesn't matter which COE both parent and child HR services are in, right?
