Hiding the Inbox option in the leftnav of Agent Workspace for HR Case Management

I'm hoping to hide the Inbox icon on the left-side of the Agent Workspace for HR Case Management portal. I have already attempted to de-activate "Inbox" in sys_aw_module. I have also attempted to disable the two Inbox options (Inbox default and Inbox Empty) in the HR - Configurable Agent Workspace App Config in sys_ux_screen. These suggestions came from this Community article, but I have not had success with either suggestion..

Edit to add: I have also attempted to change the role on the inbox Workspace Module from awa_agent to admin; when I impersonate a non-admin user, I still can see the Inbox icon. This worries me...

Edit 2: My URL path is /now/hr/agent/home. It is not now/workspace/hr or /now/workspace/agent/home. It looks like my de-activation of Inbox has worked on /agent/home... how do I get this to work for /hr/agent/home?

Hello, following back up on this to show how I accomplished it. Thank you @SayaleeRevankar  for your suggestion -- I have not tried this but it looks like it may have worked for others (like @Sivaranjani1).

Here's how I did it:

1. Opened UI builder and went to HR Agent Workspace (I'm sure you could do whatever Workspace you are trying to modify), Experience (not Landing Page default), and Settings:

2. Scrolled down to Side navigation and removed the options for Inbox:

Best of luck!

@jcmings You can hide inbox icon by doing following steps

1) Go to "All workspaces" from filter navigator

2) Open "HR workspace" record

3) Go to "Workspace module" related list

4) Look for "inbox" record and deactivate it by unchecking the "Active" field.

Hi @SANDEEP28, as I mentioned in my post, I tried this and it did not work for me. It looks like it works for the URL path /now/workspace/hr/home, but not for my URL path of /now/hr/agent/home.

@jcmings Can you share screenshot of your HR agent workspace.

Also, when you click on "All workspaces", what all records you can see there?

@SANDEEP28, when I click on "All workspaces," I see Agent Workspace and HR Workspace. Unfortunately, it looks like these both follow the URL path of /workspace/___ (whereas my HR Agent Workspace does not have /workspace/). I'm not sure if I need to create a new Workspace in this list, and then manually add all of the related list items? This seems like a pain, and I'm worried that some of my configs will not apply correctly as they are already applied to HR Workspace.

As for what my workspace looks like, these are all of the menu items I see on the left nav. (I'm trying to get rid of the third one.) I don't have Analytics Center or Phone, despite both of those being active on the related list. Analytics Center, however, does show up on the /workspace/hr URL.
