Child HR case

Hi all,

I have a question regarding child HR case. 

I have defined a Service Activity as Child HR case (Account Notification)on one HR service (Test HR service), but when this HR service (Test HR service) is created, the child HR service (Account Notification) is not created. 

Do you know why? How child HR service should be created by using Service Activity?

Can you use any other COE HR service as child services. Means instead of "Account notification" HR Service try another which not belongs to lifecycle event COE

Hi Oliver,

Did you submit a HR Case from Test HR Service? You need to submit a case by selecting Test HR service and once a case is created, open the case record under the related list you can find a new HR case submitted for Account Notification HR service as a child HR Case

Also, these service activities get attached when the case was moved to Ready. you have to click on "Start work" after submitting the case

Thank you for the reply. I did all that but it was not being generated. I don't know why

Can you try the same in one of personal developer instance and if you can reproduce the issue then please provide us the update set so that we can troubleshoot the issue
