Child HR case

Hi all,
I have a question regarding child HR case.
I have defined a Service Activity as Child HR case (Account Notification)on one HR service (Test HR service), but when this HR service (Test HR service) is created, the child HR service (Account Notification) is not created.
Do you know why? How child HR service should be created by using Service Activity?

To my knowledge, its not required. The life cycle event will follow the other architecture to trigger the activity sets based on conditions/advanced script
