CIS-HR help to understand the answer

Question: If an HR Service will only be used internally by HR professionals, what is the minimum configuration needed?

I have been seeing two different answers to the question, but I didn't find the properly explanation to understand what is correct. 

Possible right answers:

- HR Service and HR Template.

- HR Service.

Does any one could help me to understand wich one is right and why?

Hi @priscilacar ,

 If an HR Service will only be used internally by HR professionals , below configurations require.
 1. First consider HR Service will fall under which COE and enable COE as well.
 2. Create Topic details and topic categories
 3.  Create HR Service for the following COE and topic details.
HR Template : The details need to be prepopulated on HR cases based on the selected HR templates for the HR Services.

Record Producer : Create Record Producer and attached record Producer in HR Service.

You can create request  HR Service from /esc portal as well as HR Agent Configurable workspace.
